What do I need in order to rent a unit?

You’ll need a valid driver’s license or state issued Identification card, a completed rental agreement and about 10 minutes of your time.

How do I rent a storage unit?

You can come to our main office during office hours of 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday.

How can I pay for my Storage unit?

You can pay via cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
During office hours, you can call in a credit or debit card payment.

We offer online bill payment and Automatic Payments via credit or Debit card.
If you would like to drop off your payment after hours, there is a payment receptacle, a white mailbox on a post, outside our main office. It is located to the left of the main entry door in the parking area. Simply make sure your payment is labeled with your name and storage unit number. There are envelopes inside the box for you to use.

When I’m all done with my unit, what do I need to do?

30 DAYS NOTICE IS REQUIRED
Remove contents from unit– NOTHING may be left behind. You will be charged to remove any items left be-hind ($50 and up).
Sweep unit clean of debris. Place lock and key set, include all keys, on the floor on the inside of the unit and close the door.
Call us at 303-567-4085 and let us know your unit has been vacated

Failure to remove lock from door and notify Mountain Mini Storage that you are out of your unit will result in further rent charges.

YOUR $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES.
