All of our facilities are located at elevations of 7500-8500 feet above sea level and therefore subject to icy conditions during the winter months. Although we plow after storms and put down ice-melt daily, it is still impossible to control the daily melting and freezing that occurs, especially on the north facing side of buildings.
To access your unit safely in the winter months, we suggest using our 24-hour notice service. Please give us 24 hours’ notice that you will be accessing your unit and we will make sure to have your unit accessible. We will clear snow and ice and put down extra ice-melt so that you can safely access your unit. If you choose not to use this service, please know that your door may be frozen shut so you will need to bring a shovel. Access to your unit will be at your own risk and we will not be liable for any personal injury.
